The Board
The Board is Volvox & Alkymisten’s highest executive body, and is responsible for implementing matters decided by the student society’s General Assembly.
The board (HS) is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of V&A, and consists of a leader, assistant leader, treasurer, secretary, and heads of the committees. In addition to general operations, the board has a representative responsibility towards the faculty, members of the student society, and other student societies and organizations at NTNU.
HS has regular meetings every other week, with the exception of the exam period and holidays. Any member of V&A can request to participate in the meetings if relevant. HS is elected at the general assembly in September, and the term of office is normally one year. Do you want to contact HS?
