Congratulations on your study place at NTNU and welcome to Volvox & Alkymisten


Volvox & Alkymisten (V&A) is the student assosciation for biology and chemistry at NTNU. The student assosciation is a great arena to meet new people, both from your own studyprogram and others. Hope to see you!

Here is some thing you can do in V&A to give you some pointers:)

  • Free coffe, tea and hot chocolate every day ,between 10-14 at our own office!

  • Join some of our subgroups, like fotballteams, band, hiking group and more!

  • We have our own bar at Moholt, open every friday from 18-23!

  • Join us at our christmas party!

  • CRAB

  • Our motto is “Hva er det viktigste? Å elske hverandre!” “What is most important? To love each other!

If you are joining us in the fall, we welcome you to the “Fadder week”

We work to create the best study environment we can, and we will start by introducing you to study life in Trondheim through ten days of activities and events, called the “Fadder week”.

The goal of the fadder week is to:

  • Give you the information you need to begin your master studies

  • Introduce you to your possibly new study town

  • Socialise and make new friends

  • …. last but not least have fun!
